Leipzig: In districts such as Südvorstadt, Reudnitz or Volkmarsdorf – close to the university, lively, with cafés, shopping facilities and good bus and train connections. Ideal for Erasmus students, young professionals and anyone who likes it urban and uncomplicated.

Halle (Saale): close to the center in the south of the city – with quick access to the campus, shopping facilities around the corner and perfect streetcar connections.

Wilhelmshaven: Quietly located in the Fedderwardergroden district – supermarkets nearby, public transport right outside the door, just a few minutes from the Jade Campus or the city center. Ideal for trainees or students in practical phases.

Can I view the room beforehand?
Sure! We offer online viewings – simply by video call. So you can see everything without having to come to Leipzig, Halle or Wilhelmshaven first.
Everything except your food. Electricity, water, heating, internet, furniture, washing machine, kitchen, TV – everything is already included.
We try to put together well-matched flat-sharing groups – for example, based on language, age or field of study. If you have any preferences, please do let us know!
Rooms are usually ready for occupancy within a few days – perfect if you need to move in quickly. Just let us know what you are looking for.
